Council is seeking a suitably experienced contractor for the design and construction of an upgraded HVAC system within multiple spaces located at the Greater Shepparton City Council Office - Doyles Road Complex located at 315 Doyles Road, Orrvale Vic 3631.

The project involves a significant HVAC system upgrade within the complex.

A pre-tender site briefing will be held on site Friday 12 September 2025 at 1.00pm (AEST).

Tenders can be downloaded by going to www.greatershepparton.com.au/tenders and following the link on Council’s portal to the tendering website. To download tenders, tenderers must register with the tendering poratl. Registration is free of charge.

Tenders can be only lodged on line. Please note Greater Shepparton City Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders. Please submit all tenders through the tendering website.

It is Council’s policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

Council will not accept any tender submissions by facsimile, or by e-mail.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 2453 - Greater Shepparton City Council - Doyles Road Complex - HVAC Renewal - Design & Construction is a Lump Sum Contract.
• Council expressly advises that failure to supply pricing in the section provided will result in your tender not being evaluated.
• All Tender Schedules 1-8 (inclusive) must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• All submissions must be submitted via this online portal; submissions made through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm (AEST) your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your submission early to avoid missing out.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Greater Shepparton City Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the submission must be via the online forum. If you have any questions or require assistance, you must lodge an online query through the QUESTIONS tab no later than five (5) days prior to tender close.
