Tender Description
The Town of Port Hedland are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to plan, program and deliver the Australia Day event in 2026. It will be held on Monday 26 January from 5:00pm – 8:30pm at Kevin Scott Oval, South Hedland.
The baseline project budget is $105,000.00 (ex. GST) with an additional $25,0000 ex GST to be utilised on additional entertainment, subject to the adoption and approval of the forthcoming financial year’s budget.
This will be an externally delivered event with the Town having a partnership role in the event.
