Port Macquarie Hastings Council is seeking to partner with a suitably qualified and experienced design consultant, with experience in new build council depot facilities, to draft a concept and detailed design for a new facility to accommodate both the existing depot needs as well as future proof for growth. Offering both concept 3D design options for review and progression to final detailed design documentation.

A Pre-Tender Briefing, is scheduled for Tuesday 9th September 2025 at 13:00pm (AEST).

This will be held via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at this briefing is a mandatory requirement of participation. Additionally, there will also be an optional site inspection on Koala Street.

The potential respondent must advise Council of the number and names of attendees via email to William.Penn@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by 12.00pm (AEST), Monday 8th September 2025.
