On behalf of Portland District Health (PDH), South West Healthcare (SWH) invites tenders for the replacement of floor coverings in several areas of PDH premises at Bentinck St, Portland Vic, including Harbourside Lodge Aged Care Facility. The surface area is approximately 3080m2 and is a mix of carpet tiles and vinyl.
