Description of Advisery Services
Clinical input and governance for programs - Classification - A
Provide representation of the Digital Health Adviser's clinical / healthcare specialty in the Agency’s work program to ensure that the Agency's products, services, and activities are clinically governed, clinically safe, high quality, person-centred and usable.
This includes the Digital Health Adviser:
- providing input to user experience and clinical outcomes;
- providing post market surveillance input;
- participating in clinical reference groups;
- developing meeting agendas;
- supporting the development of educational materials;
- participating in review panels; and
supporting incident management during business hours. This will involve attendance at weekly meetings with the Agency in which incidents that have arisen over the previous week will be discussed, and the Digital Health Adviser will be required to provide its advice on the clinical implications of such incidents.
Digital health advocacy, change & adoption - Classification - B
Advocating and engaging with the broader clinical and consumer communities on the adoption and integration of national digital health infrastructure and other Agency products and services.
This includes the Digital Health Adviser:
- attending peer to peer educational sessions;
- developing speaking points and clinical messaging;
- attending media appearances in support of the Agency; and
providing training and support at Agency booths at conferences.
Networking & professional development - Classification – C
Attend networking and professional development events, including training sessions and briefings, to stay informed about Agency activities, and build relationships with Agency staff and the Digital Health Adviser cohort.
Clinical leadership - Classification - D
Provide clinical leadership through membership or chairing (including co-chairing) roles in various internal and external governance committees, steering committees, expert panels, advisory groups, and working groups.

Subject to clause 5.4.3, the Agency will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that the Tenderer does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:
(a) the Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see clause 9.3.3); and
(b) the Tenderer must not be named on any of the lists referred to in clauses 7.5.1 and 7.5.2;
(c) the Tenderer must not be named as an organisation that is currently (as at the Closing Time) not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (see clause 7.4); and
(d) the Tenderer must not be subject to any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not satisfied any resulting order (see clause 7.7); and
(e) the Tenderer must hold, or be capable of obtaining (either for itself, or for each of its Specified Personnel, as applicable) an Australian Government Security Clearance at least at the Baseline level (see clause 7.12).
Notwithstanding the use of 'must', 'shall', 'will' or other mandatory language, no other requirement in this RFT is to be treated as a Condition for Participation.
