Modbury Precinct Horticulture and Landscape Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠The Modbury Precinct is the regional centre for north-east Metropolitan Adelaide and a centre piece for the City of Tea Tree Gully. It has the Tea Tree Plaza and Modbury Triangle shopping centres and the Modbury O-Bahn Interchange at its heart with the popular transport service connecting Modbury with the Adelaide CBD. It also has a major hospital (Modbury Hospital) and allied health services, a large Council library and an active community. The Modbury Precinct is a centre piece for the City of Tea Tree Gully.

This tender is to maintain the appearance of the Modbury Precinct main roads and gateways, verges, traffic islands and median strips.
