Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Prospect is seeking a contractor to deliver construction works for a staged upgrade of the Broadview Tennis Club facilities, located within Broadview Oval / Yarnta Tutu Yarta.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Construction of new and renewed tennis courts
  • Installation of sports lighting
  • Demolition works
  • Civil and utility works
  • Provision of temporary club facilities
  • Landscaping and associated works

The works must be delivered in stages, with at least 4 courts on the Northern side remaining operational during construction of the Southern courts.
