Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

ASIC recently completed the Traralgon office fit out with staff moving from allocated seating to activity based working (ABW). A comprehensive change management program has been implemented as part of the larger fit out project with the change managers being engaged via Ventia under the previous WOAG PSP deed 1.0. This program is still continuing with an open channel for staff to provide feedback over the next few months as well as closing out with a final survey in October.

Teams based in Traralgon include specialist teams such as the call centre, mail room and evidence services teams. With some of these customer, process and paper-intensive teams finding it challenging to adapt their work processes to a flexible, hybrid environment, and as a result, a challenge to share spaces with other teams.

The purpose of this procurement is to engage the same Change Managers - That Works - to provide additional change management to facilitate workshops with middle management from all teams and target specific teams to resolve these underlying challenges and support the transition.
