The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake fencing, site enhancement, and new CR position works at Andersons Creek Cemetery.

The scope of works includes:

Andersons Creek Cemetery (Bedrock): Demolition of the existing fence (to the extent required by the selected fencing option), site preparation, installation of a new fencing system, and associated landscaping works to improve the overall presentation of the site.

Andersons Creek Cemetery (Nankivell): Removal of the existing boundary chain-link fence located at the corner of Brackenbury and Blair Street, followed by installation of a new fencing system and complementary landscaping measures to enhance the visual amenity of the area.

This procurement encompasses fencing, landscaping, and the creation of new CR positions.

Only contractors with a CM3 qualification will be considered.

The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is subject to the requirements of PDACMA (1994) and is therefore seeking responses to the tender from members of the VicRoads Prequal Panel and/or Construction Supplier Register (CSR). In accordance with PDACMA, GMCT are bound to issue a contract in the form of the attached contract. Submissions from other suitably qualified/experienced suppliers will also be considered.
