Hamilton Library, Community Hub and Civic Square - Detailed Design

Southern Grampians Shire Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified, experienced, and creative consultants to submit detailed proposals for the preparation of the detailed design including construction documentation of a new two-storey Hub and a civic square.

Your submission involves the compulsory completion of an online questionnaire and uploading of key information next to the appropriate question. Please ensure you review ALL the questions prior to responding to enable a thorough understanding of the response requirements and time committment.

Submissions may ONLY be lodged electronically via the tendering portal.

Council is not responsible for upload times to the electronic Tender Box. When uploading a submission, Tenderers must click on ‘Submit’ before Tender Closing Time.
