This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is undertaking a major transformation to modernise its case management and engagement platforms through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Following an independent Microsoft audit and advisory engagement, ART now seeks a Delivery Partner to lead the implementation of recommendations, deliver required remediation, and progress the design, build, test, and transition of new functionality.
The Delivery Partner will provide technical depth, program assurance, and delivery capability to ensure the D365 solution is built in alignment with Microsoft out-of-the-box (OOTB) standards, ART business requirements, and industry best practices.
Your company will be invited to a briefing prior to the RFQ closing to ensure expectations are clarified and understood. This briefing will occur on Friday 5 September 2025, time to be confirmed.
