Tender Description
Westport intends to engage a consultant with one suitably experienced lead personnel and additional personnel as a contingency to lead the development of the Category Management Plan (CMP) as part of the overall Program Material Sourcing Strategy (PMSS). This individual role assists the project team in developing an understanding of local supply chains in their current state, to identify any gaps, constraints, risks or opportunities that could adversely impact the delivery of Westport and develop strategies to optimally secure supply.
