The South Australian Housing Trust (the Trust) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to refurbish the Drew Court Walk Up Flats in Oaklands Park, comprising approximately 93 units at the corner of Crozier Terrace, Selway Street and Johnstone Road in Oaklands Park.

Located in a high-priority area with elevated vacancy rates, the refurbishment aims to return the units to good condition to improve tenant uptake. The project requires a Contractor to deliver a complete upgrade including services, finishes and fit-out works to enhance the overall amenity under a fully documented AS-2124 contract.
