Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking suitably experienced Contractors to fulfil Contract 25-26-19 – 2025-26 Roads Reseal Program.

This Project is required to maintain Council Road assets to ensure that Strathbogie Shire has a safe and high quality local road network. The 2025-2026 Reseal Program comprises of road segments prioritised on the outcome of third party Road Conditions Assessments carried out on behalf of Council.

Selected road segments are to be resealed with Bitumen and Aggregate resurfacing as specified in the reseal designs. Total length of seals for this Contract are approximately 24km.

The reseal program helps to keep road maintenance cost down, extend the lifespan of the underlying pavement and minimise expensive pavement rehabilitation work.

Tenders can be only lodged online through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire Council's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated.

All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.

You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.

Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.

We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection.
