This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
The Future Fund Management Agency - Melbourne based (“Buyer”) is seeking to partner with an experienced cyber security vendor to provide a suite of digital forensic and incident response retainer services to assist the Buyer in managing cyber incident(s) when required, on an “on-call” basis (“Seller”).

- FFMA specific Additional Terms and Conditions; and

How to respond
1. The Buyer is inviting Sellers to respond to this RFQ / Opportunity brief. Attached with the brief are the Buyer’s requirements, which are outlined in the attached Requirements Document (MS word file) and the FFMA specific Additional Terms and Conditions (draft) (MS word file).
2. In order for the Buyer to conduct an assessment of the most suitable provider to undertake the requested services, respondents must:
- respond to each of the questions/requests outlined in the attached Response Template;
- provide a draft statement of work ("SOW") along with a formal quotation and/or price schedule and/or rate card to provide the services to meet the Buyer's requirements;
- review and submit the mark-up (with tracked changes turned on) of any requested amendments to the attached FFMA specific Additional Terms and Conditions (draft). No mark-ups submission is taken as the Seller's acknowledgement of full compliance to the FFMA specific Additional Terms and Conditions. We will not take further mark-ups post receipt of RFQ submission;
- provide all applicable Seller's (and third-party) Additional Terms and Conditions, end-user license agreement, contract or work order templates and any other contractual schedules including any exclusions that will collectively form the contract for the services, that is tailored for Government Agency, should you be selected as the preferred supplier. We will not accept any additional legal terms post receipt of the RFQ response submissions; and
- prepare and sign the Seller Conflict of Interest Declaration form.
3. Questions and RFQ response must be submitted via the BuyICT DMP2 portal before the RFQ close date/time.
4. We will not accept late responses after the RFQ close date/time, unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be decided at the absolute discretion of the Buyer.
5. We will accept responses in .DOC .XLS .PPT or .PDF format.
