Sutherland Shire Council Graffiti Removal Maintenance Contract

The appointed contractor will be responsible for attending and cleaning designated sites within the Sutherland Shire Council, following notification from an authorised Council representative.

This service includes the ad-hoc removal of graffiti from external surfaces across all Council properties, building, and adjoining commercial or private premises, as well as public utilities infrastructure located on or adjacent to land owned or managed by Council. It also extends to graffiti removal from internal surfaces of public amenities as required.

The contractor must supply the relevant materials, at their own cost, and apply appropriate graffiti removal techniques tailored to the type of surface and severity of vandalism.
