Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from market stalls who would like to trade at our upcoming Primavera Latin American event held in October 2025.
Our event welcomes all market stalls selling items relative to the cultural regions of Latin America. We warmly encourage local businesses to apply.
Primavera Latin American Festival is a three-day event taking place from Friday 17th October to Sunday 19th October 2025.

Date: Friday 17th October, Saturday 18th October and Sunday 19th October 2025
Time: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Please ensure the below points are reviewed before completing the Stallholder EOI:
- Vendors must be available to trade for the full three-day event (Friday, Saturday & Sunday). Should you be accepted, you are committing to trading for all three days.
- Vendors should have a focus on social media outreach and a unique offering that is experience focused.
- Vendors must provide detailed information on their service and power requirements to ensure appropriate infrastructure and floorplan allocations are considered.
- Culturally relevant to the event theme.
