Knox City Council is inviting tenders for the provision of a new Facilities Booking Systems to support the management of Function Room Bookings, Arts Centre Operations, and Fleet Bookings.

In addition, Council is seeking to replace the current system used for Outdoor Leisure and Indoor Leisure Facilities. The existing Indoor Leisure operations are primarily managed through manual processes, and a need has been identified for a modern, integrated solution to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Council is seeking an experienced and capable business partner(s) to implement a comprehensive and user-friendly booking system that meets the needs of both internal staff and community members.
