1/ Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to register their intention to respond via the EnergyAction platform by the deadline.

2/ Auction specifications may be obtained from www.energyexchange.com.au

Responsibility for registration of intention to bid lies solely with the Bidder. Bid lodgement information is provided in the 'Invitation to Bidders' document in this notice.

Regional Procurement is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid submitted.

A series of reverse pricing auctions will be held by EnergyAction from 2:00pm following the close of the auction registration period.
