Tender Description
Council is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to decommission and remove existing, end-of-life HVAC equipment and the subsequent installation of modernised VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) mechanical plant.
This work will be carried out at the Greater Shepparton City Council Welsford Street Offices, located at 90 Welsford Street, Shepparton Vic 3630.
A pre-tender site briefing will be held on site Wednesday 3 September 2025 at 1.00pm (AEST).
