Tender Description

The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters (the Council) invites an open tender for the construction of bluestone and concrete kerbing required each year for the Council's annual Capital Works Program.

The Scope of Works may include, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-work site inspections.
  • Residential / business notifications.
  • Pedestrian & traffic management setup including associated permits.
  • Saw cutting, excavation and base preparation.
  • Demolition & dumping of existing materials.
  • Construction of new kerbing in accordance with Council standards & specifications.
  • Verge (nature strip) reinstatement.
  • Reinstatement & site tidy and
  • Communication with & reporting to the Council’s Representative.

The Contract will be a Schedule of Rates Contract for a term of three financial years (i.e. 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028).
