Feasibility assessment and concept design to enhance the flushing scheme at Psyche Bend Lagoon

The Mallee Catchment Management Authority (CMA) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified consultant to:

1. Conduct a feasibility assessment of the possible methods and procedures to enhance the flushing regime at Psyche Bend Lagoon, including engineering and operational variations to the current scheme.

2. Develop a concept design and operational plan for the proposed flushing regime (Including costs, design schematics and the expected benefits/limitations of the new approach).

3. Develop a comprehensive monitoring program to determine the short and long-term effectiveness of the proposed regime, as well as potential risks.

4. Provide a final report detailing all components above.
