Tender Details
Tender Description
Your valued response to this RFI will assist Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) in identifying options for replacement of the existing TZV Telephony system used for emergency services communications in Victoria.
TZV’s current Telephony system resides on-premise and is comprised of the following two primary elements:
• A NEC SV9500 Private Automatic Branch eXchange (PABX) at each of the three State Emergency Communications Centres (SECCs);
• Three independent Genesys HA (High Availability) Call Management Solutions, co-located with each PABX and interconnected between all three SECCs.
The TZV telephony system will reach end of life in 2027-2028 and TZV requires a new telephony system to be fully operational before that date.
The purpose of this RFI is to outline available market solutions and costs to supply, operate and maintain a mission critical telephony service for TZV.
Given the nature of this request, TZV requests your organisation return the attached Confidentiality Deed, executed by a duly authorised representative. Once this is provided to tenderqueries@triplezero.vic.gov.au, and countersigned by the appropriate TZV representative, the RFI will be provided to your organisation. Your participation and involvement in the process is appreciated.
