Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking a suitably qualified Service Provider to provide Transaction Management services for the proposed Muswellbrook Bypass Project (MBP).

The New England Highway is the major transportation artery of the Hunter Valley and New England region. The Project is to bypass the town of Muswellbrook with a 9.3km new two-lane alignment.

TfNSW is seeking a suitable Service Provider to inform and deliver specialist transaction management and commercial services which include assisting project staff and other specialist advisors with: preparation and documentation of technical and commercial criteria, Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Tender (RFT) activities, tender assessment, and contract negotiation phases for the procurement of the MBP Project.

Note: A Federal Announcement made on 18 March 25 advised the project was to be fast tracked, and a new open EOI is to be performed which captures the changes since the original EOI in 2023 which was cancelled.

This is an open tender. Participation in the tender process is open to all suppliers.
