Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
We require ongoing support for our major project initiatives - Customer Services Platform and Modern Awards Rates System. The scope of work includes regular feature enhancements, bug fixing and new functionality.
The support will need to cover specialist skills and experience in the following:
- Dynamics 365 / Power Apps
- React / Next.js
- Web development
- Azure Function Apps
- Power BI
- Data Factory / API management
- Solution architecture
- Contact Centre / Copilot
Services rendered will be absorbed in the existing FWC project team, led by Senior Technical Specialists. The vendor will be required to adhere to the Commissions Essential 8 Level 2 maturity and W3C compliance.
All vendor resources will report to the respective project manager/s and Chief Technology Officer.
