The Bangholme Safe Working at Heights (SWH) new build is an extension of the Safety Compliance Program.
Indicative Procurement Program includes:

- Procurement closing date: 16/10/25
- Evaluation period: 22/10/25
- Contract award: 28/11/25
Scope:
Requirement
The works include but are not limited to the provision of all labour, materials, plant and equipment necessary for the supply and complete installation of all general requirements inclusive of all necessary accessories required to complete the work.
The scope of the works shall encompass the following as identified in all associated documentation:
- The construction of a new single storey building structure inclusive of a Safe Working at Heights Prop and including all nominated sub-contract works;
- All associated demolition works required on site to accommodate the new works;
- All associated site works including excavation, driveways, paths as well as fences, crushed rock access and landscaping;
- Provision of all mechanical, electrical, communications, fire and security services;
- The provision of all fittings and fixtures where nominated and all necessary ‘in-wall’ supports for fittings and fixtures nominated as ‘Principal supplied’ or ‘Principal supplied and installed items’
Site Environmental Conditions and Site Survey
- An environmental assessment report of the site has been prepared for this site. Soil chemical concentrations were less than guidelines for commercial / industrial use.
Standard PPE and hygiene requirements would be appropriate when handling soil during construction.
- A survey plan has been prepared for this site.
- A geotechnical report has been prepared for this site.
Site Work Area
- Refer to the drawings for the extent of the site work area allocated for this project.
- Contractor to be aware that this project is located on and within an active CFA training campus.
- Contractor is to provide their own site amenities and facilities.
- Contractor to restrict their activities to the allocated work site area.
- There shall be no access to any other part of the Campus without notice and written authority from the Principals Representative.
