Outdoor Ball is a highlight on the Wangaratta social calendar, set in the stunning surrounds of Merriwa Park. This Latin-themed event attracts over 1,200 guests who come together to enjoy vibrant live music, energetic dancing, and a selection of delicious food and beverages.

Please be aware that we cannot say "YES" to every application, as it is crucial to select a diverse range of options that align with the events theme and to provide all participants with an equal chance to succeed.

Marketing of the event to the public will begin in October.

EOI registration closes on Sunday 14th December 2025

Successful FOOD vendors will be notified by Monday 5th January 2026

Successful ALCOHOL vendors will be notified by Monday 15th December 2025

Vendors must provide a current Foodtrader registraton with their submitted EOI and lodge their Statement Of Trade with Rural City of Wangaratta Environmental Health Team atleat 48 hours before the event.

Rural City of Wangaratta are committed to protecting children and young people from harm and have implememted the Victorian Child Safe Standards. Only vendors with valid Working With Children Checks will be considered.
