2025 New Years Eve Celebration - Food & Beverage Vendor EOI

Rural City of Wangaratta are proud to carry on the tradition of delivering an outstanding and regionally significant event on New Years Eve.

In 2025 we can expect to see over 10,000 people celebrating with friends & family at the Wangaratta Showgrounds, enjoying live music, family activities, 2 sets of fireworks, and fantastic food and beverages!

Please be aware that we cannot say "YES" to every application as we aim to offer a diverse selection of food options and ensure that all participants have the greatest chance for success. Preference will also be given to local suppliers where possible.

Marketing of the event to the general public will begin in October.

EVENT: New Years Eve Celebration

DATE: Wednesday 31 December 2025

TIME: Gates open at 5pm - Midnight

LOCATION: Wangaratta Showgrounds

EOI registration closes on Sunday 26th October 2025 at 6pm

Successful FOOD vendors will be notified by Friday 7th November 2025

Successful ALCOHOL vendors will be notified by Monday 27th October 2025

Vendors must provide a current Foodtrader registraton with their submitted EOI and lodge their Statement Of Trade with Rural City of Wangaratta Environmental Health Team atleat 48 hours before the event.

Rural City of Wangaratta are committed to protecting children and young people from harm and have implememted the Victorian Child Safe Standards. Only vendors with valid Working With Children Checks will be considered.
