Expression of Interest Builders - St Brendan’s Primary School, Coragulac

Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the new building works and alterations to St Brendan's Primary School, Corangamite Lake Road, Coragulac.

The works shall comprise alterations and additions for a new Administration Centre, amenities and associated site works (approx. 170m2)

Submissions are to be limited to four A4 pages with Builders to provide commercial registration, previous experience, references, ability to complete projects within time and cost constraints and ability to demonstrate compliance with OH&S and industrial relation requirements for a project of this type.

Submissions shall be received at the following email address prior to 2.00 pm on Thursday 28thAugust 2025 (from which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
