The purpose of this tender is to engage a qualified supplier for the supply and delivery of carbon dioxide (CO₂) to three key facilities: Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre in Glen Waverley, Clayton Aquatic and Health Club in Clayton, and Oakleigh Recreation Centre in Oakleigh.

The scope includes the provision of bulk and packaged CO₂, scheduled and on-demand delivery services, and the supply and maintenance of relevant tanks, cylinders, and associated equipment.

The successful supplier will also be responsible for coordinating the removal of old equipment in the event of a change in incumbent.

Suppliers must demonstrate experience in CO₂ logistics, compliance with Australian safety and environmental standards, and the ability to provide technical support and emergency delivery services.

The contract is proposed for a fixed term with potential extensions based on performance.
