Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to fulfil Contract 25-26-12 – Weed and Pest Management Services – Panel of Suppliers.
Strathbogie Shire Council is responsible for the management of weeds and pests on its roadsides and facilities and is looking for a qualified panel of contractors to undertake weed and pest management at these locations.
Council undertakes spraying for a variety of reasons including as part of its roadside weeds and pest management program, roadside and intersection maintenance, drain clearing, and to manage weeds at its facilities.
Contract Term is 3 years with another possible extension at discretion of the Strathbogie Shire Council.
Tenders can be only lodged online through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.
It is Strathbogie Shire Council's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:
Contract 25-26-12 Weed and Pest Management Services – Panel of Suppliers. Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated.
All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
