The Customer is seeking supplier(s) to deliver Specialist Support Services – Assessments that enhance workplace accessibility and inclusion for staff with disability.

Suppliers are expected to propose a tailored service model that responds to the Agency’s goals and desired outcomes in a meaningful and effective way.

Suppliers are not required to cater to all disability groupings or disciplines. However, proposals must clearly specify which disability groupings the supplier is equipped to support.

NDIA’s workforce includes individuals with intellectual, neurodivergent, cognitive, psychosocial, neurological, vision, hearing, and physical disabilities — including co-existing conditions.

Conditions for Participation:

The Potential Supplier warrants that its Response was not prepared with the assistance of :

a) a current NDIA Officer (encompasses all NDIA employees, labour hire workers, consultants, secondees, officials, and those in the Executive Placement Program), or

b) a former NDIA Officer who has worked in the NDIA within the last six months.

The Potential Supplier warrants that:

a) it has not and will not offer gifts or hospitality to the NDIA’s officers or advisers involved in this ATM activity, and

b) it will promptly advise the ATM Contact Officer should any NDIA employee be offered employment with the Potential Supplier during the ATM process.

To be eligible for consideration, potential suppliers must meet the following conditions:

Relevant organisational experience in delivering similar or related services

The Potential Supplier warrants: It is solvent and financially capable of performing the services on an ongoing basis, and that no insolvency event has occurred and is subsisting with respect to the Tenderer.
