This RFQ is issued through AusTender to leverage a convenient and efficient tendering platform, and provide notification of the opportunity to suppliers.

Scope:

DHA is seeking a Head Contractor for the repair, refurbishment and upgrade Works. The Head Contractor (“Contractor”) will be responsible for the community and site management, site mobilisation and de-mobilisation, supervision, administration, repair, refurbishment and upgrade and any / all required approvals. The Contractor will have a demonstrated capability in delivering thoughtfully considered, safe and high-quality works. The project team should be local within the ACT region.
