Tender Description
1.1 General
(a) This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) is an invitation to suitably experienced contractors interested in being shortlisted to submit a proposal in response to an eventual Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Design and Construct Contract (D&C) for the New Totara River Bridge (NTRB).
(b) Westland District Council (WDC) will invite suitably qualified contractors from the REOI to progress to respond to the RFP. The RFP will only be made available to those shortlisted from the REOI.
(c) The outcome of the RFP process will be to award a Design and Construct contract to a selected contractor.
(d) The current cost estimate for the NTRB D&C works is in the range of $1.1M to $1.4M.
