The Light Reginal Council is seeking to engage a contractor(s) to provide cleaning services, including core, periodica,l and on-demand cleaning services.

The aim of this tender is to engage a capable contractor(s) to deliver cleaning services to the various Council building facilities, to ensure hygienic conditions are maintained to a high level for both public and staff.

The Scope has been split into two components:

Component 1 – Council building assets.

• Thomson Building - Kapunda Library
• Freeling North Office
• Freeling South Office
• Operations Centre
• Operations Hort Shed
• Kapunda Office
• Greenock Library (within Greenock Institute)
• Hewett Centre (excluding main kitchen)
• Kapunda Institute
• Wasleys Oval Clubrooms, and

Component 2 – Public Toilets.

Tenderers may respond to both or each component.
