Southern Downs Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the transportation and disposal of leachate as described in more detail in the Scope.

This Scope of Work outlines the responsibilities and requirements for the engagement of a suitably qualified contractor (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") to collect leachate from the Warwick Waste Facility (above-ground tanks) and the Stanthorpe Waste Facility (underground tank in front of long haul shed) and dispose of it into the Council's wastewater network via the nearest approved disposal point (manhole).

This contract will be a fixed term contract for a period of up to five (5) years. Three (3) year initial term with two (2) x 12 month periods.
