Department of Housing and Works - Provision of Municipal Services to Remote Aboriginal Communities in the Midwest Gascoyne region

Request For Tender for Provision of Municipal Services to Remote Aboriginal Communities in the Midwest Gascoyne region. The Contract duration is anticipated to be for an initial three-year period, with discretionary optional extensions. 

The municipal services include:

a. road maintenance (sealed and unsealed internal roads);

b. rubbish collection

c. landfill management

d. public area management

e. stormwater drainage management

f. shrub and vegetation control

g. firebreak management

h. basic airstrip maintenance.

Note: There is also a concurrent Request for Tender for the Provision of Municipal Services to Remote Aboriginal Communities in the Pilbara Region (DHW2025000799).

•Geraldton - 10:30am to 11:30am, Tuesday 30 September 2025 at 45 Cathedral Avenue, Geraldton.

•South Hedland -10:30am to 11:30am, Thursday 2 October 2025 at 22 Hamilton Road, South Hedland.

•Karratha - 10:30am to 11:30am, Friday 3 October 2025 at The Quarter HQ Level 2, 20 Sharpe Avenue, Karratha.

Tenderers may participate in the Briefing Sessions ‘in person’ or by ‘online’ Teams teleconference link.

Tenderers are requested to confirm their ‘in person’ attendance or online participation as follows:
