Tender Description

Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract.

Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time. Late tender submissions will not be accepted.

All tender questions must be raised via the online forum in the tendering protal.

The scope of works for this contract include the following:

  •  Provide Temporary facilities for the clubs
  •  Deletion of public toilets within the Pavilion
  •  Full demolition of all areas except the Canteen back to the superstructure
  •  Installation of new Changerooms, Amenities, Accessible bathroom, Umpires Amenities, New equipment storage areas.
  •  New HVAC, electrical and hydraulic services
  •  New Solar array
  •  New signage for the Pavilion
  •  Hardscapes
  •  Retaining wall Works
