Tender Description

Hindmarsh Shire Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design, construction, fit out & installation of One (1) new Accommodation Building incorporating Three (3) self-contained One Bedroom Studio Units, installed onsite as a single building under one roofline, with each unit functioning independently. The new building will be installed at the Nhill Holiday Park, located at 93 Victoria St Nhill, VIC 3418.

Contractors submitting a tender should consider visiting the site to familiarise themselves with the existing conditions. Requests to visit the site may be arranged via a submission through Council’s tendering portal.
