Issue /Release Date: 3rd FEBRUARY 2026 (date and time to be confirmed)

Post release Information/briefing session: MID-FEBRUARY 2026 (if required only, date and time to be updated)

Last Date / Time for Inquiries: 09 MARCH 2026 (16:00 AEDT)

Sample evaluation (further information will be provided with the tender) – LATE APRIL/EARLY MAY 2026

Award Notification: SEPTEMBER 2026

Commencement date: NOVEMBER 2026

Communication

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer).

Tender Submissions

• Tender submissions for this ITS are through the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer) - accessed via the HSV homepage. Submissions in any other format will NOT be accepted.
• Late tender submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Tender Conditions.

All offers MUST be received through the HSV Procurement Portal as stated above.

If you have any issues with accessing the Tender Documentation within the HSV procurement portal ensure that the super user for your organisation has granted you access to view the documentation as per Suppliers Guide.
