The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking a qualified contractor to carry out construction of a new concrete strip footing and structural brick wall along Church Street at Templestowe Cemetery, along with improvements to pedestrian ramps, line marking, and signage to address local parking issues.

Contractors must be CM3 qualified to submit proposals to execute these construction works, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is subject to the requirements of PDACMA (1994) and is therefore seeking responses to the tender from members of the Vic Roads Prequal Panel and/or Construction Supplier Register (CSR). In accordance with PDACMA, GMCT are bound to issue a contract in the form of the VPS Medium Works template. Submissions from other suitably qualified/experienced suppliers will also be considered.
