Ballina Shire Council are refurbishing the Alstonville Cultural Centre and providing an extended library to service the needs of the Alstonville and Wollongbar communities and broader local area.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be pre-registered to tender for the proposed contract.

The Alstonville Cultural Centre redevelopment includes:

• New contemporary library facility;

• Refurbished and updated indoor multi-sport facility;

• Refurbished and updated theatre facility;

• Enhanced compliant equitable access; and

• Extensive landscaping.

Subsequent to the evaluation of EOI responses, a shortlist of suitably qualified and experienced parties will then be invited to tender for the project.
