Tender Description
Delivery of a Total Apparel Management (TAM) solution covering the design, manufacture, inventory management, warehousing and distribution of uniforms, and an integrated Online Ordering Platform.
Project goals
The objective of this Tender is to establish a Total Apparel Management (TAM) solution that:
Delivers consistent, high-quality uniform supply to all Eligible Customers, with a focus on the NSW Health Cluster,
- Improves operational efficiency through integrated systems for ordering, reporting, and stock management,
- Provides streamlined, end-to-end service delivery, including made-to-measure garments and on-site fittings where required,
- Supports effective governance and performance monitoring aligned to the Principal’s strategic objectives, and
- Meets NSW Health’s requirements for sustainability, ethical sourcing, and regulatory compliance.
Scope
This tender seeks a Total Apparel Management (TAM) solution to support NSW Health’s uniform program, including the design, supply, and distribution of uniforms, footwear, and PPE (including made-to-measure items), as well as inventory management, returns handling, on-site fittings, and customer service. It also requires a secure Online Ordering System integrated with HR, payroll, and finance systems, and participation in governance and performance reporting. Optional services include end-of-life uniform recycling in line with NSW sustainability policies.
