The Department of Parliamentary Services, Parliament of Victoria, for and on behalf of the State of Victoria ABN 57 505 521 939 (Department) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposal for the provision of Meeting Room Audiovisual Systems as described in Part A.2 – Specification.

The scope of the Request includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of audiovisual (AV) infrastructure to enable hybrid meetings in five (5) meeting rooms located on the new ground floor facility at 55 St Andrew’s Place, East Melbourne (55SAP). The AV solution must support AV-over-IP signal transport, terminating into a central switch network within a new communications room. It must also include table connectivity, video conferencing capability, and in-room control functionality.

In addition, the successful Respondent will be required to supply, install and commission five (5) IPTV endpoints and four (4) hearing room information displays within the ground floor facility.
