Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to maintain all Council owned Vertical Transport assets within Cumberland Council LGA.

The successful Tenderer will provide maintenance to the plant, equipment, and systems to ensure the condition and operational status is maintained at a consistent level, within the design parameters of the equipment, and not degraded over the period of the maintenance contract.

Contract: Major Services Agreement

Contract term: Three (3) years with the option to extend for a further two (1 + 1) year’s period upon yearly review and agreement between Council and the Contractor(s).
