ASSEA is seeking information in relation to the provision of events management services.
ASSEA organises a number of meetings, conferences, forums and events and traditionally has utilised either its own staff and/or venue event management staff to facilitate the logistical requirements. ASSEA’s own facilities can host a maximum of 20 attendees.
ASSEA events to be managed may include:
- Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Council and Sub-Committee meetings: full-day and half-day meetings with 25-30 attendees (approx. 4 – 6 meetings per year)
- Annual ASSEA Forum: either a 1-day or 2-day conference for 80-100 attendees (1 per year)
- Staff Planning Functions: 2-3 day offsite event for 20-25 attendees (2 per year)
- Industry conference: co-host biennial conference (every 2 year)
- Industry conferences and similar: establishment of a booth or display area within an exhibitor pavilion or similar (up to 10 per year)
- Participation in ad-hoc networking or educational events: including in-person events and interactive webinars.
