Data Governance Platform

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of a Data Governance Platform and associated services.

This procurement supports the Department’s ongoing commitment to robust data management and governance practices, ensuring data assets are well-governed, accessible, and compliant with relevant legislative and policy frameworks.

The successful supplier will be required to:

• Provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) web-based data governance platform;
• Deliver ongoing licensing, support and maintenance services for a minimum of three years.

The proposed platform must support metadata capture, workflow automation, data quality monitoring, technical lineage, API connectivity, and reporting of data governance KPIs.

Suppliers must be registered and active in the Victorian Government eServices Register by the closing date of this RFQ. The engagement will be delivered under the eServices Contract Framework.

Contract term: Initial three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions

Closing date: 4 September 2025, 2PM AEST
