Manningham Council is inviting you to submit a proposal for the following scope of works at Aquarena Aquatic Centre, Templestowe Lower.

The project involves the removal of existing floor tiles and the design, supply, and installation of new floor tiling around the indoor swimming pool concourse area. This upgrade is intended to enhance the facility’s visual appeal, improve safety standards and ensure long-term durability in a high-moisture, chlorine-exposed environment.

A mandatory site visit will be held commencing at 10.00am on Friday 5 September 2025

Any questions about this tender should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in the tendering portal. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
