FMP & NMP Road Renewals Stage 5

GMCT is seeking an experienced civil contractor with road and drainage experience to execute a road renewal project at Fawkner & Northern Memorial Parks in a BAU environment. GMCT reserves the right to allocate one, two or all stages to a single or more bidders at its discretion based on its business requirements in FY 25/26.

Tenderers are expected to submit a fixed lump sum price separately for each stage of the project in line with the Part E schedules enclosed with this tender. GMCT and the successful bidder/s will jointly assess and agree the scope of work at each cemetery at commencement and during the construction phase, therefore the contract sum/s could vary (scope reduction) in some areas as the work is largely dependent on road subbase & ground conditions.

Tenders who are interested in submitting a tender must be CM3 qualified. It must be noted that it is mandatory to submit pricing for all three stages in order to be considered in the tender evaluation.

The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is subject to the requirements of PDACMA (1994) and is therefore seeking responses to the tender from members of the Vic Roads Prequal Panel and/or Construction Supplier Register (CSR). In accordance with PDACMA, GMCT are bound to issue a contract in the form of the attached AS2124. Submissions from other suitably qualified/experienced suppliers will also be considered.
