Tender Description

iCBR is seeking to engage an ICT Consultant to support the planning and delivery of ICT activities for the NHP. The Consultant will be responsible for developing key deliverables in close collaboration with iCBR, CHS, and the NHP Delivery Partner. This engagement aims to ensure that ICT planning is comprehensive, strategically aligned and responsive to both project-specific and national standard demand considerations.

The NHP ICT Consultant will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting governance and accountability through the development of clear, auditable procurement documentation and processes in line with ACT Procurement Guidelines and related instruments.
  • Enabling informed decision-making that supports budget control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Liaising with the Delivery Partner and Design Consultants to ensure ICT requirements are appropriately considered and integrated into design documentation.
  • Consulting, negotiating and managing key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment, transparency, and responsiveness.
  • Ensuring quality management of the ICT documentation, maintaining accuracy, traceability, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of ICT Strategy and ICT Plan to outline scope, highlight key risk and align them to strategic objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contributing to value management processes by identifying cost-effective ICT solutions that align with clinical requirements and project objectives, while ensuring quality, functionality, and lifecycle value are maintained across all equipment selections
  • Maintaining a stakeholder consultation register of meetings, workshops or communications required to inform the ICT process.
